John Stacey : Executive Director

John Stacey is a successful Human Resource Director and Consultant who is conversant with all aspects of HR and experienced in multi site operations both in the public and private sectors.  Operationally focused and with considerable commercial acumen, he is well positioned in the public arena together with being a sought after public speaker.

John’s experience has ranged from Hospitality, Service, Property, Manufacturing, Distribution and Telecoms.  He has, in addition, throughout the years specialised in Major Change and giving advice on Legislative matters.

He is well rounded commercially with Board member attributes and is particularly strong on coaching Chief Executives and Executive teams to lead change and achieve greater personal potential.

John has completed assignments involving change management, values and behaviours, TUPE transfers and outsourcing, acquisitions, disposals and mergers.

Josephine Davies : Consultancy & Development Director

Josephine Davies is an experienced and highly successful international Executive with a proven track record of being able to get the best out of teams: motivating and developing winning teams, improving profit margins and reducing cost.  She has consistently demonstrated achievement within a variety of national and international industries including Employment Agencies, Construction Industry, Hospitality and Postal market.  Her key strengths lie in building and developing individuals and teams to maximise their overall performance and efficiency.  

Josephine applies her business experience to coaching executives and teams to improve performance and business results.  She works with companies to ensure that all training adds value and encompasses all business targets, so that training in one subject will have positive results on all other targets.
